Is there a barrier to your taking a step toward happiness?
Reaching out for help might feel scary or intimidating. That’s normal.
You might be unsure about how much therapy can help you.
You might feel like you can manage your problems on your own, but you seem to feel worse with time.
I encourage you to make the leap and do something different.
Here’s a safe place to start.
There are no right or wrong answers here.
When working with me, all your concerns are valid, no matter what they are.
There are no expectations. You will start where you are.
This is a place where you can be your most authentic self.
Let’s do this together!
You may not have all the answers, and I won’t either, but the two of us will work to find those answers.
We’ll work to overcome the barriers keeping you from your goals.
You’ll start asking yourself questions that you were avoiding. Suddenly, facing your fears will be less scary.
Discover YOU and lean into the NEW YOU!
In therapy with me, you will gain more clarity about yourself, define yourself more clearly, and gain a level of confidence that you didn’t know you could have.
Together, we will help you discover who you want to be and how you will become that person.
About Justin Williams, LCSW
Me? A therapist?
I would have never guessed it. But here I am, and I think I’m meant to be here.
It’s interesting how life takes you to where you’re supposed to go.
I think I’m uniquely suited to help people just like you. I enjoy challenging myself and my clients.
Becoming a therapist requires preparation.
After graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I started a job doing mental health assessments. I was later encouraged to earn my master’s degree, so I did.
I completed my master’s degree in social work at the University of Utah and have been practicing as a clinician for over eight years.
Much like you, I’ve had struggles in life. And just like I will encourage you to do, I am always thinking about myself, how I feel, and how I can improve my quality of life.
I’m a Utah boy, born and raised.
I grew up in a family of five, with two younger brothers. I loved to be active and play sports, and I still do.
